Industrial Flow Solutions to accumulate Italy’s Dreno Pompe

Industrial Flow Solutions is buying Dreno Pompe, a designer and producer of electrical submersible pumps for wastewater applications, based in Monselice in northeastern Italy.

A portfolio firm of private equity agency May River Capital, Industrial Flow Solutions specialises in pumping and fluid administration solutions for harsh, rugged environments. The firm, which is headquartered in New Haven, Connecticut, USA, is home to BJM Pumps merchandise, Stancor pumps and controls, OverWatch direct in-line pump systems and the Oil Minder pump and management resolution, in addition to Scotland-based Clearwater Controls which it acquired last October.
Founded in 1990, Dreno Pompe designs and manufactures submersible pumps and mixers in addition to accessories required for set up.
