Shell Retail and Convenience Operations LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell Oil Products US (Shell), has accomplished the acquisition of certain company-owned gasoline and comfort retail websites from the Landmark group of firms (Landmark). The acquisition also consists of supply agreements for the independently operated fuel and comfort sites.
