ASME “N” certification first for Hayward Tyler

Hayward Tyler Inc has been issued with the first ASME “N” Certificate of Authorization masking Section III, Division 5 Class A and B vessels, pumps, valves and piping techniques.
The Vermont, USA-based firm has been participating in the improvement of superior nuclear reactors since 2016, together with working with builders on pumps and tools for prime temperature, salt-based, sodium-based and gas-cooled reactors.
In เกจวัดแก๊สlpg to the “N” certificates, Hayward Tyler also had revisions approved for its “NS” and “NPT” certifications to incorporate Class A and B fabrication.
“This is a major milestone for Hayward Tyler solidifying our dedication to the development of applied sciences that present clear energy to tens of millions of houses,” said Jeff Belotti, director of Nuclear Business Development at Hayward Tyler. “The expansion of our ASME and nuclear programs follows a convention of preparing Hayward Tyler to serve industry’s most challenging purposes utilizing probably the most well-regarded design and high quality standards.”

“The issuance of these revised certificates is a testament to the continuous dedication to quality that Hayward Tyler implements by way of our 10CFR50 Appendix B program,” said Matt Ellis, Quality Manager at Hayward Tyler. “Hayward Tyler acquired our initial ASME certificates in 1977 and has maintained a nuclear QA program since. Through the years we’ve been able to improve our high quality program and now embrace Division 5 parts ensuring we are in a position to continue to offer the best high quality equipment to our customers for the new technology of nuclear reactors.”
