US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

เกจวัดแก๊ส can be a full-service supplier of all kinds of rotating tools, with in-house and area service capabilities. The company has three areas serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle space and a group of 28 employees.
The acquired business will operate under OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
Chip Toth, OTC PMT Group president, mentioned: “The acquisition of ePumps expands OTC/PMT with extra territory protection, prime product traces and including extra service capabilities to this space. We are very wanting to deliver them into the OTC portfolio.”
“ePumps is excited to hitch a national pump group offering further sources and the flexibility to work alongside a group that is dedicated to supporting our area people and clients,” said Gary Simpson, ePumps president.
OTC Industrial Technologies, which is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, now has practically sixty five locations throughout the United States, and more than 40 service shops. ePumps expands OTC’s workforce to more than 1600 employees.
